ISU Greek community welcomes local residents for holiday walk
Fraternity and sorority houses on Iowa State University's campus are opening their doors to the public for the first Greek Holiday Walk Sunday, Dec. 4, from noon to 2 p.m.

Jack M. Payne, vice president for University Extension at Utah State University, Logan, has been named vice provost for Extension and outreach at Iowa State. He will begin his duties Jan. 15.
Winter festival is Wednesday
Iowa's State's winter festival Nov. 30 will features outdoor lights, hayrides, open houses, story telling, treats and music.
Geoffroy announces Veishea '06 alcohol policy
