Robot ribbon cutting: Iowa State University ECpE Building

Arobot designed and built by Iowa State University professor Alexander Stoytchev and his electrical and computer engineering students cut the ribbon at a celebration that opened phase 1 of the new Electrical and Computer Engineering Building adjacent to Coover Hall on Iowa State University's campus.
