President Steven Leath announced a new partnership between Iowa State and Moulton and King schools during a special ceremony honoring Martin Luther King Jr., at Moulton School in Des Moines, where Leath was the keynote speaker. He encouraged the 3rd through 8th graders in attendance to take part in a new program that could earn them full-tuition scholarships to Iowa State.
