A great turnout of volunteers helped make the 2nd annual Homeless Veterans Stand Down a success. Several Iowa State departments helped host the event, which is open to anyone who is homeless or nearly homeless. The Stand Down provides several services, including meals, clothing, hygiene kits, and job assistance.
