Innovation at Work: This small Iowa community is planning for the future

The small town of Bancroft, Iowa has a lot to offer. A clean downtown with multiple restaurants and a distillery are busy most nights. The baseball field hosts college and semi-pro leagues during the summer. And community events often raise thousands of dollars for community improvement. That's why Bancroft was recognized as a Shrink Smart community, and researchers at Iowa State are hoping to help more communities just like it improve the quality of life for the people in their towns.
