Keith Vorst wants to clean up the planet. An associate professor of food science and human nutrition at Iowa State University, Vorst has been studying ways to increase recycling efforts, and improve the performance of plastic packaging for years. His research has led to dozens of patents, and Vorst and his team have worked with some of the largest companies in the world.
