IOWA BUSINESS NETWORK ADDS WOMEN'S ENTERPRISE CENTER

AMES, Iowa -- In a continuing effort to meet the divergent needs of Iowa's small business owners, the Iowa Business Network (www.iabusnet.org) has expanded to include registration and application information on the Iowa Women's Enterprise Center (IWEC).

The goal of IWEC is to expand the entrepreneurial options available to women business owners and those women looking to go into businesses.

IWEC is a consortium of the Iowa Small Business Development Centers (based at Iowa State University), the Institute for Social and Economic Development, Iowa City, and the University of Northern Iowa's John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center, Cedar Falls.
