ISU CLINICS TO HOST OPEN HOUSEAMES, Iowa -- The Iowa State University Marriage and Family Therapy Clinic and Financial Counseling Clinic will host an open house Wednesday, Feb. 26, from 4 to 5 p.m. in 1085 Elm Hall.
The Financial Counseling Clinic was established in 1986 and provides confidential financial counseling services for ISU students and members of the Ames community. In addition to counseling, the clinic offers workshops on budgeting, debt management and investing.
The Marriage and Family Therapy Clinic is a training facility for graduate students in the ISU marriage and family therapy program. Through the clinic, students can observe and participate in the application of the most current theories and methods of therapy regarding real-life family problems and situations. The clinic was established in 1987.
Both clinics are part of the ISU College of Family and Consumer Sciences.
