HENSLEY TO SPEAK AT CATT CENTER EVENT
AMES, Iowa -- Chris Hensley, Des Moines City Council member and executive director of the YWCA of Greater Des Moines, will speak at the Carrie Chapman Catt Center for Women's and Politic's Third Annual Strong-Minded Women Awards and Dinner on Friday, April 5.
Hensley will speak on "What Makes a Woman Strong-Minded in the 90's" at 6 p.m. in the Campanile Room of the Memorial Union. The dinner will honor recipients of the Catt Center's Strong-Minded Women Awards and newly appointed Catt Student Associates.
