RAPPER ICE-T TO SPEAK AT ISU
AMES, Iowa -- Controversial rap artist Ice-T will speak on "Censorship and Non-Violence" at Iowa State University on Tuesday, April 30.
Ice-T will speak in the Great Hall of the Memorial Union at 8 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Ice-T has recorded several albums and appeared in movies, including "New Jack City" and "Trespass." He was nominated for a Grammy award for his hit single, "New Jack Hustler."
The event is sponsored by the ISU Student Union Board, Contemporary Concerts Committee and Committee on Lectures.
