Nickell's presentation, "Understanding the Attitudes of the American Family Today," will be Thursday, June 13, at 9 a.m. in MacKay Auditorium. Registration is $15; the deadline is June 7. Workshop topics include what's new in consumer trends, design, housing, food and family life. Participants also will tour the remodeled Universal Design Learning Lab at Iowa State.
