IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY SUMMER COMMENCEMENT IS AUG. 10
AMES, Iowa -- More than 930 students will receive degrees at Iowa State University's summer commencement ceremony, Saturday, Aug. 10. The ceremony is at 9:30 a.m. in Hilton Coliseum.
Summer commencement will be a single ceremony for all graduating students. An estimated 604 students will receive bachelor's degrees, 246 students are scheduled to receive master's degrees and 83 Ph.D. degrees will be awarded.
Iowa State President Gregory Geoffroy will address the students and their families. All graduating students who attend the ceremony will cross the stage, be greeted by Geoffroy or Provost Ben Allen and have their names read aloud.
