Wolff will talk about SWE's mission and current activities, and summarize statistics relating to women in the engineering field. She also will focus on changes needed in SWE goals, and how these may impact academic and industrial needs.

SWE is dedicated to helping women achieve their full potential in careers, expanding the image of the engineering profession and demonstrating the value of diversity.
