| Contacts: Steve Sullivan, News Service, (515) 294-3720 ISU ANNOUNCES NEW ADP DIRECTOR AMES, Iowa – Maury Hope, vice president for information services at Hawkeye-Security Insurance Group, Des Moines, has been appointed director of administrative information systems at Iowa State University. Hope will begin his new position on April 10. The director of administrative information systems at ISU is responsible for university-wide information systems. The director oversees the ISU Administrative Data Processing Center and collaborates with other campus officials on overall information technology efforts. Hope has been vice president for information services at Hawkeye-Security Insurance Group in Des Moines since 1988. Hope succeeds Wayne Ostendorf, who will be retiring after 40 years of service to Iowa State. -30- |
