Iowa State University remains open today (Tuesday, Jan. 6). Those traveling to and around campus are urged to put safety first following yesterday's snowfall. Employees are encouraged to be cautious when determining whether it's safe to travel to campus. Classes are not in session at Iowa State this week due to semester break. To allow some drivers to park closer to their destinations, Director of Public Safety Jerry Stewart said that pay-per-stall surface parking spots on campus won't be ticketed today.
