Power fully restored on Iowa State campus

Here are the latest updates on the university power outage:

Dave Miller, associate vice president, Facilities Planning and Management, reports power was restored to the entire Iowa State University campus at 10:30 p.m. following Tuesday's power outage in Ames. Crews will work throughout the night on the chilling system so that buildings will be cool on Wednesday. You can follow updates on Twitter @IowaStateUNews.

  • Iowa State orientation programs will go on as scheduled Wednesday.
  • Parks Library and Recreation Services facilities, which were closed on Tuesday, will reopen Wednesday as scheduled.
