AMES, Iowa -- A senior New York Times reporter and author of the current bestseller about the ENRON scandal "Conspiracy of Fools: A True Story," will speak Thursday, 8 p.m. Nov. 10, in the Sun Room, Memorial Union, Iowa State University. The event is free and open to the public.
The lecture by Kurt Eichenwald, "The ENRON Story: Mismanagement, Crime and Politics," explores the greatest corporate scandal in history.
Eichenwald has written about corporate corruption for more than a decade and has also penned "The Informant: A True Story" about the Archer Daniels Midland price-fixing case in 1996.
Eichenwald is a two-time winner of The George Polk Award for excellence in print and broadcast journalism.
